The XL Cheese Paddle/Board is made from California wine barrels. The coloration is all natural and derived from the wine and toasting of the barrel in-between vintages. We finish the piece with raw linseed oil, of which is food safe, so food can be served directly on.
Clean and care for your board like you would any butcher block surface. Wash with a small amount of mild soap and water. Rehydrate when needed with any food-safe butcher block oil.
